Dieting During the Holidays- Manage Stress

Stress is one of the main reasons people overeat during the holidays. There is stress related to preparing the Thanksgiving meal. There is stress related to interacting with family members. Take the stress out of the former by planning the meal ahead of time, ordering take-out or sharing the labor by making dinner a potluck.
